Huining Zhu
Hi, I’m Nina! (Legal name: Huining Zhu, but feel free to call me Nina.) I’m a curious and creative professional with a passion for exploring new ideas, solving problems, and building meaningful connections. My journey has taken me from the halls of academia to the fast-paced world of finance, and now I’m excited to see where my skills and passions will take me next.
MY STORY
I’m currently a graduate student at the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, where I’m studying Public Relations and Advertising. Before this, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign’s Gies College of Business.
During my internship at Bank of China’s LA Branch, I collaborated with major financial institutions like Wells Fargo, Citi Bank, and J.P. Morgan, playing a key role in loan repayment processes and ensuring seamless financial operations. I also honed my communication and teamwork skills by working with cross-functional teams and facilitating client consultations.

Life is all about exploring new opportunities, playing to your strengths, and repeating what works—which is why my motto is “Explore, Play, Repeat.” My mission is to use my skills in data analysis, financial and business strategy, and communication to help organizations and individuals navigate challenges, tell their stories, and achieve their goals. Whether it’s crunching numbers, solving problems, or building relationships, I’m always ready to dive in and make an impact.
